When it comes to items which are sold by weight such as delicatessen, fruit, veg, fish, and meat the exact price charged will be based on the exact weight measure taken at preparation stage.
We will do the utmost to match exactly the weight ordered.
The delivery service is available all over Malta and is strictly available to all orders placed via our website. Please ensure that all contact details and location are filled in correctly prior to placing the order as it may delay the actual delivery date or time.
All returns are to be made at our store in Zebbug. Receipt is to be presented. Upon validation of the return, a credit note will be issued.
All returns must be effected within three (3) working days from delivery. They must be returned in exact condition and in their respective temperature.
The credit note will be deducted from the next order done at daves.
Although daves aims to offer you the best service possible, daves makes no promise that the services at the Site will meet your requirements. daves cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free.
If a fault occurs in the service, you should report it to the Customer Services (see below for contact details) or by email at online@daves.com.mt and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can.
Your access to the Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. daves will attempt to restore the service as soon as it reasonably can.
daves may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms.
The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Site shall not affect either party's rights or liabilities.

The prices, discounts, promotions and/or specials that are displayed or offered in this web shop “daves online” – a division of daves Food Stores, may or may not reflect the daves Food Stores (in-store) prices, as this platform is aimed at offering convenience and value, and is subject to our own marketing efforts.
