The shop supervisors are delegated by the Company to guide and organize the operational commercial activity so that everything is in compliance with the indications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Carries out shop pre-opening checks
General appearance of the shop: keeps the store stocked and organized along with the displays standards.
Leadership skills: trains and motivates employees.
Plan and organize the weekly roster, in line with budgets set.
Trains all staff and evaluates their performance.
Follow-up products promotions.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience required:
At least 1 year of experience within the retail industry.
1 year experience leading a team.
1 year experience with displays assortment.
Knowledge of e-shop and PDA software will be desired.
