Job Overview?
-Strictly carry out shop pre-opening checks when needed.
-General appearance of the shop:
-Keeps the store stocked and organized.
-Manages and forwards customer service complaints to direct superiors.
-Manages and forwards customer products or new service requests to superiors.
-Customer service and customer relationship skills.
-Trains and motivates employees to achieve corporate objectives.
-Stock management, placing orders in an appropriate manner according to the sales turnover of the season.
-To arrange products on the shelves in compliance with the company displays.
